Over the years, I’ve come to rely on a variety of healing methods that support the well-being of myself, my children, my pets, and clients.

These are tools I’ve gathered through formal training, personal exploration, and real-life experience.

I call this my Healing Toolkit—a diverse, heart-led collection of therapeutic approaches that I draw from intuitively and intentionally. Each tool holds a unique wisdom, serving a different purpose depending on the situation, need, or season of life. Together, create a holistic and flexible foundation for healing, self-awareness, and growth.

This toolkit isn’t about “fixing” what’s wrong—it’s about meeting yourself where you are with gentleness, curiosity, and compassion. Whether you’re navigating emotional turbulence, physical discomfort, chronic stress, or simply seeking deeper connection and balance, one or more of these tools may offer the support you need.

Below, you’ll find a short introduction to each practice I work with. These are not rigid protocols—they are living, evolving supports that can be adapted to suit your unique path. Some are energetic, others are cognitive, sensory, spiritual, or physical. You might resonate with one more than another, or find that different tools speak to you at times. That’s the beauty of it.

Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy (REBT)

REBT helps uncover and reframe the automatic thought patterns we’ve absorbed throughout life, often unconsciously. By identifying irrational beliefs and replacing them with healthier, more constructive perspectives, this method empowers us to take control of our emotional responses and behaviours.


Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP focuses on how language, thought patterns, and behaviour are connected. By changing the way we speak—both to ourselves and others—we can influence our outcomes, shift limiting beliefs, and enhance communication in all areas of life.


Affirmations & Visualisations

Sound Healing

By tapping with your fingertips on specific acupressure points (drawn from ancient meridian systems), while focusing on an emotional issue and speaking affirmations, EFT works to calm your nervous system, reduce stress, and shift limiting beliefs.

It’s simple to learn, can be done on your own or with a guide, and is often experienced as surprisingly powerful — helping with anxiety, fear, self-worth, grief, overwhelm and more.
