Individual Coaching Sessions

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited.

Coaching Packages

Unused sessions may be rescheduled within the package validity period.

Refunds are generally not provided for partially completed packages.

Memberships

Membership fees are non-refundable once access to member resources has been granted.

Members may cancel future renewals at any time.

Workshops, Events and Programs

Refund eligibility may vary depending on the event.

Unless otherwise specified:

• More than 14 days’ notice: Full refund less administrative fees.
• 7–14 days’ notice: 50% refund.
• Less than 7 days’ notice: No refund.

Exceptional Circumstances

Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be considered at our sole discretion.
