Membership Access
Membership provides access to exclusive resources, tools, downloads, reports, educational materials, recordings, and other content made available within the JustBE Coaching Membership Portal and Hummingbird Vault.
Access remains active only while the membership is in good standing and subscription fees, where applicable, are current.
Personal Use Only
Membership access is granted to a single individual and may not be shared with others.
Members may not:
- Share login credentials.
- Allow others to access their account.
- Distribute member-only content.
- Resell, reproduce, or republish membership materials.
Violation may result in suspension or termination of access without refund.
Intellectual Property
All materials contained within the Membership Portal and Hummingbird Vault remain the intellectual property of JustBE Coaching unless otherwise stated.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- PDFs.
- Reports.
- Worksheets.
- Training materials.
- Videos.
- Audio recordings.
- Downloads.
- Templates.
- Courses.
- Resource libraries.
Membership grants a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only.
Availability of Content
We strive to maintain continuous access to membership resources.
However, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted availability.
- Error-free operation.
- Permanent availability of any specific resource.
Resources may be updated, replaced, expanded, modified, or removed as part of ongoing improvements.
Membership Fees
Membership fees, where applicable, are charged based on the selected subscription plan.
Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of access.
Renewals and Cancellations
Members may cancel future renewals at any time through their membership account or by contacting JustBE Coaching.
Cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically entitle the member to a refund for previous subscription periods.
Access remains available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise specified.
Refunds
Due to the immediate access provided to digital resources, downloads, and member content, membership fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.
Refund requests may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Community Participation
Where membership includes forums, discussion groups, online communities, support groups, or member interactions, members agree to comply with all Community Guidelines.
Termination
JustBE Coaching reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access where a member:
- Breach these terms.
- Shares login credentials.
- Distributes member content.
- Harasses or abuses other members.
- Uses the platform unlawfully.
Limitation of Liability
Membership content is provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.
No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, business success, personal transformation, wellness improvements, or other benefits arising from the use of membership resources.
Changes to Membership
JustBE Coaching reserves the right to:
- Modify membership features.
- Update resource libraries.
- Introduce new benefits.
- Remove outdated content.
- Adjust subscription pricing for future billing periods.
Members will be notified of material changes where reasonably practical.
