I started JustBE Coaching company at a time when I was not able to receive messages on my phone without it causing overwhelming negativity from those I lived with. I had to keep my phone on silent so it did not create discord and chaos, cut off my friends and outsiders completely so they did not call me at inopportune moments, and, for the most part, stop all outside contact entirely.
I created my first 30-day Daily Email course as a way to provide others with access to positive thoughts and focal points so that they could start to work on the negative mental issues that come from having to shut down and suck up serious abuse, no matter what form it takes.
When you find yourself in a space of chronic emotional, physical and even sexual abuse, there are not a lot of people who will believe you, let alone step in and help. In fact, for the most part, even the perpetrators of the abuse are either not conscious of what they are doing, nor will they allow you access to anyone who does not believe their viewpoint.
At times, you may even find that the perpetrators of this abuse are completely in control of the outcome of your day, your access to economic resources and in some cases, you may even have to avoid accessing medical support when issues reach a serious and heated level, and you may find yourself at a loss for any help whatsoever.
As a survivor of all forms of abuse from stalking, harrasment, economic abuse, litigatory abuse, parental alienation, rape, physical, emotional, psychological and even insiduous psychological forms of sexual abuse, I know how hard it is to accept that what you are going through or have been through is in fact unnatural, unacceptable and overpowering, deal with the guilt of being a “drama-queen” for even thinking that what is happening is not your fault and not having a way to speak to someone about it, get away or mentally deal with what is happening.
At several times in my life, the abuse has reached dangerous and heated moments, and I have been terrified, overwhelmed, in some cases assaulted and/or had to run for my life. This has happened in various situations, not just where I was personally involved with the people in question.
I still find that many people do not believe me or fully understand the extent to which this has affected my ability to cope with daily life, show up fully in my own life, and maintain a healthy lifestyle. At times, we adapt our behaviour in an attempt to cope — changing the way we dress so as not to appear to be “asking for” or “encouraging” the behaviour, hiding our femininity to the point of avoiding makeup, or even giving up activities like swimming altogether to avoid wearing a costume or bikini out of fear that the situation may escalate. It is not a humorous situation to experience, nor is there a simple or easy solution.
What I have learnt in my journey is that you do have a form of power, the power over your mind, the power over your mental state and as a result, the ability to start to change your inner world, which eventually begins to change the trajectory and in the long term may even lead to your freedom.

I would like to inspire you to take the necessary steps to begin your healing journey, even if it looks like things will never change, because I am finally free, I am finally becoming financially stable, and I am now in control of my personal trajectory.
Although I still have many hours of healing ahead of me to fully release the toxic blanket that has formed around my aura — the one that still at times leaves me afraid to walk out the door, meet new people, or trust anyone enough to let them get close — I have nevertheless embarked on the journey toward healing and reclaiming my life.
Since my early twenties, I have used and gradually mastered many of the very tools and practices that I now share on this website.
Over the years, I continued learning and expanding my knowledge as new challenges arose, both for myself and my children. Whether it was helping us cope with bullying at school, navigating frightening and unexplained childhood illnesses such as impetigo, or addressing the health issues that developed from years of low immunity, poor diet, repeated courses of antibiotics, and long-term use of pharmaceutical medication due to recurring acute illness contracted at school or in the workplace, these tools became part of how I survived, healed, and rebuilt resilience.
It is through this lived experience that I choose to share these resources with others. Even before exploring the paid membership section of this platform, the free tools and resources available here have the potential to create meaningful shifts within your own life. With consistent use, they may help you build greater emotional and energetic resilience, respond less from a place of fear or survival, break unhealthy internal patterns that unconsciously attract harmful experiences or relationships, and begin reconnecting with what it feels like to live a healthier, calmer, more balanced, and authentic life.
Do not settle for a life defined by hopelessness, emotional exhaustion, depression, or in some cases, deep suicidal thoughts. Healing and change may take time, consistency, and commitment, but remaining trapped in survival mode comes at a far greater cost.
